Changeover in main season, July & August, is usually Saturday - Saturday only, however please check with us if you are interested in alternate dates as we will endeavour to accommodate you.

Outside the main summer season we accept bookings from 3 nights onwards and midweek bookings.

We are sorry but the Gite is not suitable for babies and children.

 

The Gite will be available from 16:00 on the day of arrival, and we would appreciate if guests could leave the Gite no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.

Our rates include all bed linen, towels as well as beach towels for the pool, bath robes, slippers, tea towels, electricity, Wifi internet and the local Taxe de Séjour. Towels and linen are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks or more.  There are also two mountain bikes with safety helmets for you to use during your stay free of charge.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Electric vehicles - we do not have the facility for electric hook up and standard car charging at the gite.  The nearest charging point is 3km from the gite.

We will charge a non-refundable 25% deposit at time of booking, with full payment due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. For bookings at short notice (less than 6 weeks before arrival) full payment is due at time of booking.   If the payment of balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

A refundable damage/loss deposit of £150 is payable with the final balance 6 weeks prior to your holidays. This deposit will be returned to you after your departure assuming there is no damage and the property is left clean as found.

We are in a perfect location for house hunting and exploring the area being in the Hautes Pyrenees and extremely close to the departments of the Gers and Haute Garonne and we are more than happy to share our experiences of both buying and renting property with you so that you can avoid some of the pitfalls that we experienced. We can also put you in contact with a number of estate agents in the area that we have personally used.  

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via PAYPAL, which accepts all major credit cards. A Paypal account is not required.  We also accept payment in Euros by bank transfer.
